The projects' aims is to establish innovative curricula and vocational skills and to develop paths, methods and procedures for human resources dedicated to the public transportation sector. Furthermore to test them, and disseminate them to public in order to improve the image’s perception of the European transportation sector among all stakeholders. Being intangible competitive resources, the innovative curricula and vocational skills developing paths will be easily transferable and adoptable according to specific needs and will promote qualitative excellence, entrepreneur spirit and competitiveness for European transport companies, operators and associations.

In the project structure special emphasis is given to the dissemination of results activity.
The latter will arise as a substantial follow-up effect mainly encouraging other transport stakeholders to implement the paths developed, making their human resources benefit from it. In fact, a company who strongly invests in employees' training benefits from employees' satisfaction, high quality standards, thus from a better image in the market's perception, establishing a virtual mechanism that pushes the whole towards a logic of continuous innovation, or, towards a logic of continuous vocational training for all human resources involved in the field.
